Job Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, major in Engineering and related

2. 5 years’ experience in manufacturing company. 3 years’ experience as supervisor.
至少5年以上外资制造工厂管理工作经验, 3年以上主管工作经验
3. At least 2 years’ experience of Lean manufacturing
至少2年精益生产的环境下工作经验.
4. Good communication and data analysis ability.
具备良好的沟通和数理分析能力.
5. Good leadership and team work spirit.
具有良好的领导能力,带领团队共同进步.
6. Be capable of computer.
熟练的计算机应用技能.
7. Language skill: Be fluent in English reading, writing and listening.
能熟练利用英文办公及沟通交流。
Job Description:
1. Be responsible for implementing master production schedule, control progress of production. Once abnormal is occurred, coordinate related functions to quickly fix problems. Take charge production attainment rate.
负责执行生产计划,管理生产班组完成生产任务。当出现生产异常时,协调各部门及时处理异常,完成生产任务,对生产计划的达成率负责。
2.Be responsible for leading improvement of line efficiency and arrive the target.
负责现场生产效率的持续改善,达到设定的目标。
3.Be responsible for training and developing the skills of line leaders, continuously improve jobsite management skills of line leaders.
负责培训和发展班组长的技能,不断的提高班组长现场管理能力。
4.Be responsible for conducting safety laws and regulations among production line. Continuously discover and eliminate safety risk, coordinate with safety specialist, technician, ME to carry out improvement action. Take charge safety performance.
负责安全法规、政策和公司的安全规定在生产运营中的落实,持续不断的发现和改善安全隐患,协调安全专员,工艺员,维修员落实安全改善的各项措施,对安全结果负责。
5.Be responsible for conducting quality laws and regulations, quality control requirement, OMS among production line. Take charge quality performance.
负责落实质量法规、政策和公司的各项工艺文件和质量控制文件的要求,对质量业绩负责。
6.Continuously study Lean thinking and tools, use lean method to optimize safety, quality, line efficiency of production line.
持续不断的学习精益的思想和工具,并应用精益的方法来改善生产线的安全、质量、生产效率等。
7.Be responsible reduce the cost of operation, discover and eliminate unreasonable waste.
负责优化生产运营的成本,发现并减少不合理的费用,增加生产力.
8.Be responsible for communicating with staffs and make sure winning culture is spread among operators. Continuously enhance employee satisfactions
负责员工的沟通和公司文化在员工中的传播,持续不断的改善员工的满意度。
9.Be responsible for controlling 5S of jobsite.
负责生产现场的5S管理。
