职责:
确保现场IT设备的正常运行,包括硬件、软件和网络设备。
解决用户的IT问题,包括桌面、笔记本电脑、打印机、网络等。
配置和安装IT设备和软件,包括操作系统和常用软件。
协助其他IT团队成员进行故障排除和问题解决。
及时记录和跟踪故障工单,保持客户满意度。
与客户保持良好的沟通和合作,维护客户关系。
职位要求:
大专学历及以上,IT相关专业优先。
基础的英语能力,能够进行简单的英文交流。
熟悉IT设备和软件的使用和维护。
有1年及以上的IT技术支持经验,具备解决IT问题的能力。
具备良好的沟通和团队合作能力,能够与客户和团队成员保持良好的关系。
具备较强的问题解决能力和工作责任心。
Position: 1st Level IT Onsite Support Engineer
Location: Onsite
Work Hours: 5 days/week, 8 hours/day
Job Description:
We are looking for a 1st Level IT Onsite Support Engineer with basic English skills and a diploma degree to provide onsite technical support and IT issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
Ensure smooth operation of IT devices, including hardware, software, and network devices.
Resolve IT issues reported by users, including desktops, laptops, printers, network, etc.
Configure and install IT devices and software, including operating systems and common software.
Assist other IT team members in troubleshooting and issue resolution.
Record and track trouble tickets in a timely manner to maintain customer satisfaction.
Maintain good communication and cooperation with customers to build and maintain customer relationships.
Requirements:
Diploma degree or above, with preference given to IT-related majors.
Basic English skills for simple communication.
Familiarity with IT device and software usage and maintenance.
1 year or more of IT technical support experience, with the ability to solve IT issues.
Good communication and teamwork skills to maintain good relationships with customers and team members.
Strong problem-solving ability and sense of responsibility.
