工作内容：
1. 通过工件的图纸和三维模型来分析工件的材料特性，表面处理，尺寸和公差要求。定义零件的加工工艺，工件的加工准备，夹具设计，制定刀具清单并采购相应刀具。运用Solid Works，CAM为数控编程创建三维模型，编写加工准备文件和数控程序。
Analyze engineering 3Ddrawings regarding material requirements, surface treatments and finishes, as well as tolerances. Define manufacturing process and develop setup, design fixture and work piece clamping devices. Define required tooling list and order tooling. Create 3D models for programming, setup documentation and CNC programs utilizing Solidworks, CAM software.
2. 应用TRUMPF标准创建工艺路线。确保实际的工艺准备，加工时间和返工时间在SAP工艺路线中得到正确反映。
Create routings according to TRUMPF standards. Assure that actual setup, cycle and secondary times are reflected properly in the routing.
3. 更新和维护刀具信息。
Update and maintain Tool Data.
4. 对刀具库，刀具供应，库存和设备进行管理。
Responsible for tooling supplies and inventory management.
5. 能操作数控机床，现场工件准备和对数控程序调试。能够解决现场加工问题。
Ability to operate CNC machining equipment, setup and trouble shoot CNC programs.
6. 就涉及到所有相关的加工过程对操作工进行培训和支持，指导操作工的工作。
Support and train CNC machine operators regarding all relevant marching processes. Coordination of CNC operators responsibilities.
7. 负责完成直属主管和领导安排的其他的工作任务
Completing other tasks assigned by direct supervisor.

任职条件：
1、大专以上 &机械，数控相关
College degree or suitable combination of education and work experience&
Mechanical or CNC
2、三年以上数控铣床操作经验，三年以上数控编程经验，三年以上西门子840D数控系统的经验，对Solid Work和 CAM熟悉者优先。
3 years CNC gantry machine operating experience, 3 years programming with SIEMENS 840D experience , familiar with solid works and CAM is preferred.
3、数控加工, 数控编程, 西门子 840D 手工编程, 夹具设计。
CNC operating, programming, SIMENS840D, fxiture design.
4、懂简单英语 Basic English
5、能理解并遵守通快的员工手册和行为准则
