工作职责:
Develop HR work plan according to the company strategy, promote the company's mission, vision and values, meet the requirements of social responsibility audit
根据公司战略制定HR工作计划,宣传公司使命、愿景和价值观,符合社会责任审核要求。
Recruit and hire local operators and office staff, using recruitment websites and third-party recruiters as needed.
使用招聘网站和第三方招聘公司招聘和雇用当地操作员和办公室人员。
Arrange labor related works, such as agreement, employee entry/resign, and daily attendance management.
劳动关系办理,如员工入职和退工,以及日常考勤管理等。
Handle employee relations issues, including performance management and disciplinary actions
处理员工关系问题,包括绩效管理和纪律处分及奖励等。
Administer employee benefits and salary programs
管理员工福利和薪资计划。
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations
确保遵守当地劳动法律法规。
Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
制定和实施人力资源政策和程序。
Lead employee training and development initiatives
领导员工培训和发展项目。
Conduct employee engagement surveys and suggest improvements based on the results
开展员工敬业度调查,并根据结果提出改进建议。
Some works related to administration such as third-party service/company securityisitor management and activities.
行政相关管理工作如第三方服务/工厂安全/访客管理及相关接待活动等。
基本要求:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
人力资源或相关领域的学士学位;
5+ years of HR experience, 2+ years HR management experience
5年以上人力资源工作经验, 2年以上人事管理经验;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
良好的沟通和人际交往能力;
Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks effectively
能够独立工作并有效处理多项任务的能力;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
熟练使用Microsoft Office;
Fluency in English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken)
英语和普通话(书写和口语)流利;
Be familiar with labor law, contract law, and other legal documents.
熟悉有关劳动法、合同法和其他的法律文件;
Preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting
制造业或工业领域尤佳。
