工作描述:
1. Be main contact at the plant for all support topics, demands and project activities in regards to IT.
2. Provides support to business function in the selection, procurement, usage, and maintenance of IT hardware and software.
3. Acts as a window through which the business function views IT systems. Provides functional expertise, guidance, presentation and instruction to internal customers.
4. Performs system administrative duties on local IT systems. Collaborates with central/regional IT staffs to ensure smooth and reliable operation of IT system for fulfilling business objectives and processes.
5. Leads in incident management and problem management, identifies and resolves IT service problems in accordance with defined service level, performs timely escalation in case of emergency.
6. Responsible for the successful delivery of projects in terms of scope, deliverables, timeline, budget and customer satisfaction. Manages internal and external teams in system design, customizing, validation and implementation.
7. Manages projects and solutions according to Brose standards and guidelines, ensure compliance at all levels of company policies and procedures.
8. Thinks of innovation, identifies and oversees potential opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
9. Run as mentor, provides on the job training and guidance to IT team members.

• 6-8 years of directly related experience of IT infrastructure
• Ability to lead and work in teams, ability to make decisions and drive for deliverables.
• Strong interpersonal skills, motivated, eager to learn, and able to motivate others.
• Social based professional communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Knowledge about operating system platforms - Windows10, Windows Server 2012/2016 and vMware ESXi.
• Knowledge about WAN / LAN and firewalls - Cisco hardware and software
• Technical understanding of telephone systems and access control
• Significant demonstrated hands-on experience with ITSM tools.
• Good analytical and problem solving skills, project management skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
