工作描述:
Core Responsibilities includes but is not limited to:
HR parts:
Responsible for the employee relationship activity, such as collect employees' suggestions, comments or complaints via employee satisfaction survey, exit interview and feedback to management and follow up the action plan;
Responsible for the employee occupational injury declaration, material collection and medical expense reimbursement etc;
Responsible for creating card for new employee (Includes missing replacement cards).create permission in access control system for employees according to their departments;
Responsible for the buddy program, orientation training back up and Dept. training data collection and upload into system etc;
Administration part:
Be responsible for the canteen management, such as daily collect the employee HC, open lunch arrangement, canteen weekly check etc;
Responsible for the other daily administration job, like business card management, office supplies management, work uniform and translation etc..
Any other task as assigned by the superior
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree and 1-2 years working experience in HR or Admin preferred
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Mandarin (spoken and written) English (spoken and written)
Flexible and open mind-set
