- 工作描述： Coordination for Export •Coordination and alignment with Export market/Sales about their requirements and plan •Check and finalize technical specification of export purchase order and calculate the transfer price based on PO •Track the availbiliteis of PO with reserved machines slots •Regular meetings with HQ for the orders execution and stock review •Perform reports/ analysis Order handling and order fullillment – focus export •Creation and processing of SAP sales orders and maintenance of all order details in SAP •Tracking and coordination of daily order fullfillment in alignment with after sales, production, warehouse, finance, etc. as well as 3rd parties like forwarders •Coordinate with TW / TAT, the forwarders and agencies for shipment organization •Monthly shipment forecast and daily tracking •Monthly inventoy outlook and daily tracking Business Process Owner for Order fullfillment •Analyse existing process and identify process improvement potentials •Implement process standards and IT Tools for process efficiency and effectiveness (DMS; order details, SAP Interface) in cooperation with HQ and internal functions •Perform reports / analysis to create transparency in the OF process •Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.

- 其他要求：1.Bachelor or preferred master degree in business admistration or business engineering 2.Experience in similar position or sales environment 3.3-5 years of working experience in similar position 4.Skills: -Strong knowledge of SAP system -Good analytical skills -Project management experience and structured and reliable working style -Good coommunicaiton skills -Affinitity for processes and IT systems 5.Very strong English skills in verbal and written 7.Observe the regulations of TCN including but not limited on the Employee’s Handbook and Code of Conduct of TRUMPF China.
