职责描述:
1 Work with operations team on material purchasing plan to support production. Ensure continuous of material supply.
2 Escalate material supply issue and work with the team within region and globally on potential path forward.
3 Provide material management data for review and feedback on potential improvement in material management process and planning.
4 Execution of the Global Sourcing Strategy at the Site Level
5 Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified sourcing strategy, cost, quality and deliver targets; assess tenders and quotations from potential suppliers
6 Deliver briefs, updates and reports as and when required
7 Provide feedback to Regional Sourcing Manager on sourcing strategies and develop ideas and strategies for improvements to improve operational efficiency, add value, aid in business performance and work towards continuous improvement.
8 Involve into whole Category sourcing & purchasing management and optimize process; develop new reliable suppliers.
9 Assess, Identify & develop potential capable suppliers for various products. Manage the Supplier Relationship.
10 Knowing from the market for price trend, cost structure and supply status and organize suppliers to dispatch the goods in time.
11 Responsible for daily management and efficiency improvement of sourcing team to achieve optimized costs for the company.
12 Supplier KPI Reporting, develop and report on key KPI’s for selected major suppliers.
13 Supplier performance monitoring & review, conduct regular supplier performance reviews.
14 Monitor contract renewal dates, renew contracts/terminate contracts as appropriate and uses contract as a reference in negotiations with supplier and as an aid in performance management
15 Ensure all purchasing process are performed in accordance with SOX and other statutory requirements
16 Other tasks assigned by Manager.

任职要求:
1. Logical thinking, open and optimistic, be able to work under pressure
2. Good cross functional communication skill and good teamwork spirit.
3. Bachelor degree or above
4. Fluent written and oral English communication, good computer skills.
5. Risk assessment and mitigation/minimization skills
6. Sound negotiation skills
7. Minimum five years solid experience in senior procurement role. Total 8-10 years purchasing related experience. Working experience in MNCs is required.
8. Experience in both of chemical materials and mechanical parts/equipment will be preferred.
