工作描述:
1.Receive customer calls from aftersales hotlines and communicate properly.
接听客户售后电话并做好沟通
2.Use SAP; SIS and SPC ticket system to check necessary info of aftersales cases and answer customer requests.
使用SAP,SIS和SPC票务系统,检查必要的售后信息,并回答客户的要求
3.Inform customer with news; promotion info; and other published notice.
通知客户消息,促销消息及其它公开公告
4.Coordinate with service admin and spare part order processing specialists to form a complete call center of aftersales.
与服务行政和备件订单处理专家协调,形成一个完整的售后呼叫中心
5.Other tasks assigned by direct supervisor

2.Commercial Business 商务
3.Good at mandarin speaking and communication skill; Capable of use order management system like SD module of SAP ;良好的普通话和客服沟通技巧;熟练使用订单管理系统 ,如SAP中的SD模块。
4.Good English at reading and writing, English test CET 4。良好的英语读写能力,CET4.
