•Welcome and greet customers 客户接待
•Manage & prepare meeting rooms for internal and external meetings 负责内外部会议室(一楼与三楼会议室)的维护工作
•Be responsible to manage the coming and out-going delivery, as well as company general email inbox 负责管理快件的收发工作,与公司公共邮箱的维护
•Flight ticket booking and hotel reservation for colleagues and guests 负责员工及房客的机票与酒店预订
•Monthly payment application for telephone, internet, electricity and water, ticket agency, lunch supplier, courier agency, and other suppliers, be sure all application is proceeded timely and correctly 月度付款申请,诸如电话,网络,水电,票务,餐费,快递及其他月结供应商,并确保申请的正确与及时
•Be responsible to update monthly administrative fee table to direct leader 每月负责向直属领导更新行政费用表
•Be responsible to update supplier list and keep good relationship for daily maintenance 负责供应商信息的日常更新及保持良好的业务关系
•Coordinate with cleaning staff to keep office area clean and well-organized 与保洁员工合作确保办公区域的干净整洁
•Coordinate with Lunch Supplier for daily lunch 维护日常的午餐预定工作
•Document process and all related documents/ reports according to company procedures 根据公司流程处理文件和所有相关的文件或报告
•Other tasks assigned by direct leaders 直属领导交办的其他工作
