工作描述:
1.Actively contacting potential or exsiting customers to inform them about a product or service (cold calling, e-mail, wechat etc)
2.Communicating and consulting of customers to answer their questions regarding our products and collect necessary personal information & requirements
3.Input of customer data and leads in our systems as well as follow-up
4.Pre-qualifying leads and finding the potential opportunity by analysing customers’ persona and purchase intention
5.Alignment with sales team and proactive approach to find new business opportunities and sell products from internal channel (performance evaluated based on sales funnel impact)

1.Internship experience in a B2C or B2B company具有B2C或者B2B公司的实习经历
2.Experience in consultation of customers or customer/sales relationship management具有客户咨询和客户/销售关系管理经验
3.Knowledge/skills
• Excellent communication skills 良好的沟通技巧
• Convincing personality 具有令人信服的性格
• Interest in technology and technical products对技术和科技产品具有一定的兴趣
• Good Analytical skills 具有一定的分析能力
• Good MS Office skills 熟练使用办公软件
4.Chinese native speaker. 中文(普通话)作为母语.
5.English skills in writing, reading and speaking. 英语可以成功运用在日常的工作环境下(包含听说读写方面).
6.German is a plus.会德语者更佳.
