工作描述:
1.Digital Event Operation Planning:
(1) Lead to deliver a holistic plan for Digital Event fulfillment (Shipment + C-Return + Post Campaign); digital event covers big consumer moments (618, double 11) and regular consumer moments (3/8 WMS Day & etc)
(2)Be responsible to work out digital event solution to optimize operation efficiency & cost efficiency;
(3)Plan DC capacity in main DC & offsite DCs and develop the workable SOP to guide operation execution;
(4)Act as the PMO to coordinate key stakeholders (operation/IT/facility/procurement & etc.) during solution development and preparation phase; track & trace the implementation progress from each workstream.
2.Digital Event Operation Execution:
(1)Support Operation team and cooperate with each workstream to ensure digital event fulfillment on track; · (2)Closely monitor the fulfillment progress and be responsible to provide visibility to stakeholders;
(3)Coordinate for exception cases and provide professional response & work around to solve issues.
3.Data Analysis & Continuous Process Improvement:
(1)Collect key data inputs and provide data analysis before/after digital events;
(2)Facilitate after-action-review sessions and consolidate opportunity pipeline;
(3)Lead continuous process improvement for digital event fulfillment and regular report-out to stakeholders.
