Qualification: (Knowledge, skills, competencies)
职位要求:
1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resource Management or related field or equivalent work experience.
2. Three years of experience as HRIS Specialist or HR Specialist. HRSSC service or HRIS ( Workday, SAP, Peoplesoft…) experience will be a plus.
3. A logistic thinker and result-oriented performer, team worker.
4. Service oriented and attention to details & accuracy.
5. Good communication and coordination skills, Patient and initiative.
6. Thorough knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
7. Good command of English.
Responsibilities:
职责:
1. Coordinate assigned aspects of HRIS related implementations at all China sites, including establishing project plans, creating process documentation, coordinating test plans, and tracking milestones, identifying issues that may cause delays in deliverables or obstacles to meeting goals.
2. Responsible for HRIS data maintenance. Work as system admin to provide service to all China sites.
3. Develop end-user procedures, guidelines and documentation. Train end-user on new processes/functionality. Train new system users.
4. Maintains HRIS documentation and communicates if there are any changes.
5. Researches best practices and keeps abreast of trends in HRIS development and related business applications to assist business owners in meeting system and process goals.
6. Maintain awareness of current trends in HRIS with a focus on product and service development, delivery and support, Examine trends in information systems training, materials and techniques. Through classes, reading, or other mechanisms, continuously increase both HR knowledge and HRIS application/tools knowledge.
7. Provide support for HRIS including, but not limited to, researching and resolving HRIS problems, unexpected results or process flaws; perform scheduled activities; recommend solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements. Liaison with external consultant and other stakeholders.
