Job description   
·负责组织实施生产全过程的质量检验和验证；   
Create the plan of process quality according to the process flow   
·编制质量控制计划、检验指导书、确认包装标准等；   
Prepare the Control Plan / inspection WI and confirm the packing requirement   
·负责产品生产、交付过程的质量异常处理及跟踪；筹划过程和产品质量改进；   
To follow up the quality exception during the whole process; plan the quality improvement both process and product   
·负责处理客户抱怨，组织相关部门分析原因及对策，报告整理及回复；   
Orgainse related department to find out the root cause of customer complaint and countermeasure as leader. Prepare the offically quality report and send to customer   
·参与供应商质量管理及改进监督；   
Manage the quality of supplier   
·产品质量数据及时统计整理，按时编制质量月、季、年报；   
Collect and statistics the quality data as report montly/ quarterly/yearly on time.   


Required qualifications   
·机械类相关专业，大专以上学历。   
College degree or above, major in Mechanical.   
·5年以上钣金或机械行业质量管理经验, 有独立分析和解决问题的能力   
Above 5 years’ quality management experience in sheet metal machining and process   
·熟悉质量管理体系，熟练运用各类质量管理工具及手法，有钣金行业质量控制工作经验优先   
Familiar with quality system and management tools   
·能够读懂产品图纸，运用测量工具、仪器   
Familiar with drawing and measuring device   
·良好的英语表达能力，较强沟通协调能力   
Good skills for English language and communication   
·熟练使用AUTOCAD及OFFICE软件   
Familiar with MS-Office software and AUTO-CAD designing software
