Function Objective 工作目标:
1)Support Customer Quality Engineer to deal with customer problems and achieve high customer satisfaction.
支持客户工程师,处理客户问题,提高的客户满意度。
Function Responsibilities 岗位职责
1)Ensure that the customer satisfaction is constantly improving and therefore guaranteed.
确保客户满意度得到不断的改善和提高
2)Be the direct connection between the factory and customer, feedback to customer portals: decision and corrective actions in case of 0km and warranty.
是厂方和客户之间的直接联系人,关于客户0km和售后的投诉,回复公司的决定和改进措施报告。
3)Carry out emergency activities in case of customer complaints.
在有客诉时执行紧急措施。
4)Collect the product quality information from the customer.
从客户处收集产品质量信息。
5)Take part in analysis the reject parts from the customer and making the containment actions for customer.
分析客户处的拒收品,制定临时对策。
6)Be responsible for collecting and summary customer complaint report, and tracking report of the implementation of the production line.
负责整理汇总客诉报告,追踪报告中行动计划在生产线的落实。
7)Lead the sorting and rework application of customer side.
主导客户端挑选及退货的申请工作。
8)Finish the other tasks which superior appointed.
完成上级安排的其他任务。

Competency Requirement 能力要求:
Bachelor degree or above.
本科及以上学历。
At least 1 year related experience.

Be able to handle intercultural issues in a smooth and intelligent way.

Be able to handle customer’s complaints.
能够处理客诉。
Familiar with quality tools, like 8D, 7 steps etc.
