工作描述:
职责:
1.Manage attendance system and run mainland monthly/annually report as well as analysis;
负责管理公司的考勤系统(包括开发需求和日常/年度维护), 提供月/年度的考勤报表和各类分析报表;
2.Manage employee on board/exit process, internal transfer process;
负责员工的入、离职以及内部调转等;
3.Be responsible/support for a part of employee/company related government incentive application;
负责/支持部分员工/公司的政府人才吸引政策的申请,
4.Mainland employee database management;
管理大中华区员工信息;
5.Various HR reports preparation and analysis;
提供各类HR 报表及分析;
6.Manage employee performance from HR perspective, from on board/probationary
period/quarterly/annually/Labor contract renew review, workforce analysis etc.;
负责从HR的角度管理员工的绩效,从入职到试用期、季度、年度、合同续签等的评估,人力分析等;
7.Ensure mainland companies keep same or similar practice/procedures;
确保大陆地区公司保持相同或类似的操作流程;
8.Keep the alignment with government’s latest policy on social security and housing fund of different districts, maintain good relationship with related Gov.;
了解所有员工所缴纳地区最新的社保和公积金政策,与相关政策部门保持良好的沟通。
9.Responsible for government funds application.
负责政府相关的优惠或奖励政策的申请;
10.Worked as backup of C&B other team member as necessary;
必要时作为支持C&B其他成员工的工作;
11.Corporate with Local training projects.
负责协调培训相关的工作;
12.Other HR projects/duties may assign.
分配的其他HR相关的工作或项目。
职位要求:
1.Bachelor’s degree in management discipline, major in Human Resource Management is preferred;
管理类本科学历,人力资源管理专业优先, 较好的英语说写能力;
2.More than 5 years experiences in HR filed, at least 2 years hands on experience in C&B / Performance management administration function;
五年以上人力资源从业经验,至少两年以上 C&B 或绩效管理从业经验;
3.High integrity and sense of confidentiality, service minded, a logistic thinker and result-oriented performer, team work spirit;
为人正直,具有高度的保密意识和良好的服务理念,逻辑思维能力好,以结果为导向;
4.Familiar with Chinese labor law regulations, basic finance knowledge especially in IIT will be a plus;
熟悉劳动人事法律法规,具有基本的财务知识,了解个人所得税法;
5.Strong communication skills, fluent written and oral in English, proficiency in excel and PPT, work experience in multi-national firms will be an added advantage.
具有较强的中英文沟通能力,精通excel 和PPT,具有跨地区公司工作经验的优先。
