工作描述:
I BROAD FUNCTION
· Supply chain management with relevant customers.
II PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Learn and understand requirements of customer
· Familiarize with customer ERP order placement system and fulfillment
· Demand planning based on customer forecast and liaise with production planning
· Placement of orders to plant for fulfillment of customer orders and confirm ETD/ETA
· Follow up on production schedule with both internal plant, and external 3rd party vendors
· Ensure deliveries are made on time and in full on the supply chain
· Dealing with 3rd party logistics provider and 3rd party vendors to ensure supply chain is not interrupted
· Reconciliation of accounts (quantities delivered) between plant, 3rd party logistics provider, 3rd party vendors and customers.
· Update, review and implement new processes and suggest improvements

1) EDUCATION
· University degree or diploma in supplier chain management or business management;
2) EXPERIENCE
· SCM key account management with large customers more than 5 years;
3) SKILLS
· SCM knowledge (demand planning, production planning, logistics and warehousing), and computer skills;
· Good English skill in writing and speaking;
· Good knowledge in MS software;
· Good communication skill;
· Good time management ability;
