工作描述:
Job Responsibility
1, 员工档案、公司流程文件整理;
Employee file and company procedure documents organization.
2、协助办理社保手续或流程的相关事宜;
Assist to handle social insurance related issues.
3、梳理员工考勤资料,协助人力资源系统上线;
Sort out employee attendance data and assist in the online HR system.
4、参与员工活动或公司重大活动的策划、组织与执行。
Participate in planning, organization and execution of employee activities or company major events.
5, 协助人力资源专员进行劳动合同及相关文件的签订/续签。包括资料准备、员工组织并进展跟踪等;
Assist to sign and renew labor contract, probation review document preparation and other necessary documents sign with new employees, includes documents preparation, employee gathering and progress following up etc.
6,新员工入职资料的收集、整理,追踪。
Collecting, filing and tracking of new employee on boarding document.
7, 协助人力资源专员进行公司微信平台,电子简报和员工信息栏的更新。
Assist for Information update in Company Wechat platform, newsletter and employee information board, activity promotion.
8, 主管人员安排的其他工作
Other tasks assigned by supervisors.

1.人力资源大专以上学历, 有过相关实习经验者优先考虑;
HR related major with bachelor degree. Related intern experience is preferred.
2.熟悉MS Office软件,能进行数据分析
Good knowledge of office and ERP System, make good data analysis with Excel.
3.良好的解决问题、人际交往能力,对人力资源部有着浓厚的兴趣。
Good problem solving, interpersonal skills, have great interest in Human resource management.
4.主动,热情,大方,善沟通,有责任感,,愿协作。
