工作描述:
1.Pick up all incoming rings within 3 rings and transfer out in 60 seconds, answer the customer’s questions if necessary
2.Maintain the layout and environment of the lobby with high standard
3.Manage the bookings of meeting rooms, including room setup, provide supports if needed and ensure all meeting rooms are tidied after meetings
4.Arrange and coordinate car use requests by efficient way
5.Assist the hotel bookings for the visitors
6.Daily management for drivers
7.Order and distribute the stationary and apply name card and seal for employees and department
8.Manage the car pool including repair and maintenance arrangement, insurance payment, ETC fee & petrol oil recharged etc.
9.Drinking water management including vendor management and communication
10.Other tasks assigned by the HR Manager.
Education & Major 学历与专业
Associate degree is minimum, bachelor degree is a plus
