工作描述:
Mobility is the goal
– Handling employees on-boarding procedure; 办理员工入职手续;
– Coordinate employee probationary evaluation; 协调员工试用期考评;;
– Personnel information management in system like SAP or EC; 员工信息管理;
– Personnel archives and labor contract management; 档案及劳动合同管理;
– Temporary staffs & external employees’ information management; 临时工作人员及外部员工的信息管理;
– Responsible for employees’ contract renew; 负责员工合同续签;
– Responsible for engineer certification filing, etc. 工程师证书管理;
– Provide Report if necessary; 提供相应报告;
– Handling employees off-boarding/exit procedure; 办理员工离职手续;
– Other works assigned by the line manager, eg: insurance management, apply Shanghai Hukou for employees, etc. 直线经理布置的其他任务,比如:社保管理,为员工申请上海户口等其他任务
Mobility needs you
– Bachelor degree; 本科学历;
– HR related working experience; 人力资源相关工作经验;
– Good planning, organizing, coordinating, control capability; 好的计划、组织、协调、控制等能力;
– Familiar with computer skills; 熟练使用计算机;
– Good interpersonal skill and team player; 良好的人际关系协调能力及团队合作能力
– Initiative and positive; 主动积极;
– Good command of oral and written English; 良好的英语口语及书写能力;
