工作描述:
Implement the HR policy & process to cope with the business priorities;
Support front line and office positions recruiting, telephone interview and interview arrangement;
Employee in and out process management;
Employee retire management;
Employee profile update and management;
Organize and support deliver activates like: birthday party/townhall meeting etc.;
Newsletter material collection and issue;
Support HRBPs for the HR daily jobs;
Other HR tasks per request.
Follow company safety rules, and put safety first concept integrating into daily work
Work Experience工作经验
1-3 years’ experiences in HR function in a multinational manufacturing environment;
Good communication, coordination and presentation skills;
Self-motivated and result oriented;
Strong data analysis skill
Good team player and fast learner;
Good PC skills (MS office - word, excel, PPT, etc.);
Good command of English both in oral and written.
