工作描述:
Support the President of TRUMPF China in all his operations:
1. Preparing reports and presentations for management meetings, writing and following-up of meeting minutes
2. Act as liaison between president and other managers and staff within the company to assure appropriate coordination and follow-up on day-to-day operations
3. Project lead for selected projects for all business functions raning from sales & service, operations, R&D, HR and purchasing
4. Collection and analysis of information as well as definition of reports and derivation of action fields and measures
5. Arranging president’s calendar and travel schedules, if necessary
6. Complete other tasks assigned from the direct supervisor per business requirement.

1. Education: Master degree or above
2. 1-3 years relevant work experience in a multi-cultural working environment is required
3. Skills:
• Proven success in project management
• Excellent communication skills, organization and problem-solving skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Good Microsoft skills (ppt/word/excel..) and presentation skills.
• Knowledge on machine tool or laser products is a plus
4. Language:
• Chinese native speaker. 中文(普通话)作为母语.
• Fluent in English & German is a plus
