工作描述:
1. Organization and management of the after sales service cases tasks across the departments (e.g. technical department, quality, production dept.);
2. Improve warranty procedures & claim management system,implement them within the organization;
3. Enable a database service, improve the service system;
4. Responsible for coordinating and improving the quality problem;
5. Responsible for service department data base and Baan system operation and maintenance;
6. Set up and keep effective communication with headquarters;
7. Technical support and training for customers;
8. Coordinate after-sales technican daily scheduling;
9. Create and maintain spare parts lists, maintain after sales tools;
10. Write service reports ;
11. Manage after-sales dept. to set up the after-sale database, provide necessary technology support ;
12. Complete other jobs ordered .
