Main responsibilities
1. Coordinating and arranging visits of clients;
2. Provide a high standard guest reception and switchboard service;
3. Support booking office suppliers;
4. Receive and distribute all incoming mails, fax, deliveries, and do a good track record
5. General travel arrangements through designated travel office;
6. Other tasks as will be arranged by superior.
