Job descprition
Timely sorting customer information and classified to archive
Timely follow-up customers’ requirements and inquiries, making quotations
Responsible for tracking of customers’ orders, skilled of using and maintain KingDee system
Follow up the production progress of orders, and timely update to the customers
Responsible for tracing payment process of orders, and timely issue invoices after deliveries
Coordinate with team leader for other tasks
及时整理客户资料并进行归类存档
及时跟进客户需求和询价,制作报价单
负责新老客户订单全程跟踪,熟练使用金蝶系统进行订单下单以及维护
跟进订单生产进度,并及时反馈给相关客户
负责跟踪订单的付款流程,负责订单出货后的系统开票工作
协助完成部门主管分配的其他工作
Qualifications
College degree or above, major in Business English is preferred;
Self-motivating, responsible, well organized, and time management;
1+ years’ experience working with office furniture industry is preferred.
大专及以上学历,商务英语专业优先考虑;
具备团队合作精神,接受能力强,工作态度认真细致,有责任心;有时间管理理念;
有1年以上办公家具行业经验为佳。
