工作描述:
1. Be responsible for updating and maintaining HR relevant data and report forms, draw up monthly report; Safekeep and update staff files; 负责管理人力资源相关的数据报表更新与维护,每月按要求形成月报;妥善保管及更新员工信息档案;
2. Examine and verify attendance reports of all employees monthly, guide related staff to collect and sort daily attendance data, then file them; 负责审核汇总每月所有员工的考勤报表,指导各部门考勤人员整理、统计员工日常考勤资料,并收集归档;
3. Be responsible for employee labour contract signing and renew procedures; Transact employees' five insurances & housing fund timely, increase or decrease commercial insurance; Be responsible for account checking with service dispatching company and service contract signing; 负责管理公司与员工劳动合同首签和续签事宜;及时办理员工的五险一金及商业保险的增加和减少工作;负责与劳务派遣公司的对账及劳务合同的签订;
4.Be responsible to apply for reimbursement of employee welfare benefits and commercial insurance reimbursement;负责员工各项福利补贴的申请报销,
5. Responsible for the information updating of human resources related on OA system and company website;负责OA系统及公司网站上人力资源相关信息的更新;
6. Finish the other tasks be assigned. 完成上级领导交办的其他事宜。
