Qualifications:
1. Academic:
College or above
2. Experience
At least 3 years’ experience in purchasing of electrical parts and other standard commodity
3. Job Skill:
- Good communication skill
- Fast learner
- Familiar with most of electrical parts with famous brand and have enough knowledge of parts
- Able to operate in ERP system
4. Personality
- Can work under pressure
- Good team work
- Detail oriented
5. Computer Skill
- Be familiar with ERP system
- Good at Microsoft office
6. Engilish Skill
- CET 4 or above
- Able to communication in English (written & oral)
Job Duties
1. Supplier Management
- Develop the suppliers (including partnership agreement)
- Define and set standard prices
2. Sourcing Process
- Cost Analysis: Internal and external costs;
- Negotiate with Strategic suppliers
- Monitor the implementation of contracts
- Source the standard parts in BOM list for new project.
3. Monitoring Process
- Supplier evaluation
- Lead the actions of resourcing, technical improvement, and negotiation to achieve good performance for localization.
- Risk Management: Identify risks and mitigate / counter / compensate consequences
- Monitors the BOM items pricing versus the initial business plan costing
- Monitors the suppliers readiness all over the development life versus the program planning milestones, manages risk on costs / quality / delay
