工作描述:
- Working directly with customers, preparing quotations, reviewing, entering, confirming, and tracking orders, following up on production status, coordinating shipments, deliveries, and payments.
- Preparing quotations includes coordination with Engineering, Procurement, Finance, SAP, Production, Planning, and others as appropriate to determine price, lead time and technical specifications as required.
- Responsible for parts order KPI metrics, input reports weekly and monthly and maintain data in ERP system so that it is reliable and aligned with the physical status of the order.
- Monitor and report on progress of the order to all stakeholders. Raise up and solve problems relating to order execution in a timely manner to ensure on time delivery of quality product.
- Lead planning and execution of orders.
- Work directly with customers via phone / skype / email / SharePoint, including both native English speakers and other non-Chinese speakers.
- General responsibilities, e.g. managing customer information requests (catalogs, specifications, references, weights and dimensions).
- Identify improvement opportunities and lead improvements, including documenting procedures.
- Follow position safety requirement. Attend EHS training timely. Attend accident investigation if required. Support CI project if needed.遵守岗位安全要求,接受安全培训,参与事故调查,协助安全改善项目
