SUMMARY
Research, recruit, screen, interview, and refer qualified candidates for exempt and non-exempt positions as assigned. Considerable skill in interviewing techniques, knowledge of manufacturing and specialized functions of the company, general understanding of Company policy and procedures, and basic understanding of federal and state laws regarding employment practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1.Partner with managers and supervisors to identify and determine recruiting needs to include the knowledge, skills, ability, and other qualifications required.
2.Develop ad text and placement strategy for advertising in newspapers, journals, periodicals, Internet sites, etc.
3.Know and understand the plant and campus strategic directions.
4.Coordinate and drive procedures to eliminate or resolve visa issues affecting potential employees.
5.Develop and share "best practice" internet recruiting techniques with co-workers to identify and recruit candidates.
6.Negotiate salary and relocation offers that lead to win-win relationships between the company and prospective employee.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree or above. Headhunter experience is preferred.
2. Minimum 5 years previous experience in HR in multinational enterprises. and at least 3years experience in recruitment
3. Experience in recruitment and selection and good skills in assessment of potential candidates
4. Good initiative spirit, fast learning ability and can work under pressure
5. Strong service-minded and excellent interpersonal skills, especially influencing skills.
6. Good English, oral and written skills.
