工作描述:
Assist to implement C&B policies strictly in line with company rules and guidelines so that employees receive the appropriate compensation & benefits for their position
Participate in compensation & benefits surveys, coordinate contract and payments
Support to review and optimize the pay structure for managers, specialist and skilled workers, set the pay range and start salary for fresh graduates annually
Study internal equity and external market competitiveness based on external market data as well as internal data analysis, support on annual salary review and proposal
Daily operation on job evaluation and classification, job title application and maintenance in SAP.
Implement annual employee engagement survey, design questionnaire, consolidate and analyse survey results for company and business/functional levels.
Assist on annual excellence rewards proposal and nomination process.
Coordinate idea management implementation, answer queries and liaison with corporate
Communicate and interpret local government’s policies on talent benefits and subsidies, support employee application process.
