工作描述:
1. 了解劳动法及相关劳动人事法规,熟悉当地政府部门有关劳动法规;
Be familiar with PRC labor laws & regulations and local industry practices; Be familiar with labor regulations issued by local government;
2. 对人力资源工作的几大模块有一定的了解,并能够协助人力资源经理及人事专员完成指派的各项实务工作;
Have certain knowledge of HR modulus, to fulfill all tasks assigned by HR Manager and specialist;
3. 熟悉常规人事工作,负责员工入职、离职手续的办理;
Be familiar with routine HR affairs, in charge of handle process of employee on duty & off duty;
4. 负责员工日常考勤管理,公平、公正考勤、认真负责。协助完成员工花名册的建立、完善、更新,确保员工信息的准确性;
In charge of daily attendance management rightly, fairly,seriously; To assist set up, perfect, update employ muster roll, to ensure employ information exactly;
5. 协助部门经理完成特别指定的专项工作;
To assist fulfill special project or tast assigned by HR manager; 6.完成部门经理的交办的其他工作事项; To fulfill other tasks assigned by HR manager;
任职资格:
知识要求(如教育背景等):
1、本科以上相关管理专业,具有助理人力资源管理师资格更佳。
College or higher, have assistant HR management qualification;
经验要求:
1、一年以上相关工作经验;
Over 1 years relevant work experience;
2、对于HR传统工作有一定的实务操作经验;
Have strong operation experience of practice of HR traditional work;
3、具备一定的现代HR理念及敏感度;
Have good new HR concept and sensitivity;
技能要求:
1、良好的英语听说能力。 Have basic English listening, writing, reading ability;
2、熟练掌握和应用计算机办公软件。Good operation of PC and office sofeware;
性格要求:
1、乐观开朗,细心谨慎,原则性强,能承受一定的压力。
Open-minded, chariness and cautel, work with principle; Be able to work under pressure;
2、为人正直、思想敏捷、善于沟通和决断。

年龄要求:
