工作描述:
1 handle office administration management issue, handle office supplies purchase, receptions and receive visitors.
处理办公室行政事务,负责办公用品采购,接待来访人员。
2 Help company colleagues to manage travel related issue (ticket and hotel booking, route optimization).
帮助同事安排出差,预定酒店机票,优化行程。
3 Coordinate with Headquarter to arrange VIP visit to China, including accommodation arrangement, customer visit, internal meetings, social events, etc.
跟总部协调安排重要人员拜访中国,包括安排食宿,客户访问,内部会议,社交活动等。
4 Organize company meeting and prepare meeting memo.
组织公司会议并撰写会议纪要。
5 Manage the relevant affairs with the foreign expats in China, like invitation issuing, visa, residence application

6 Organize company events if any, such as ceremony and exhibitions.
