工作描述:
1.Provide same day response to customer enquiries and issues
2.Shorten the cash gathering period
3.Ask the right questions to get all necessary information to make a quotation and meet customers'technical requirements.
4.Be able to provide a solution of single units according to customer’s requirements
5.Control and monitoring the order process.
6.Check all the terms of customer order or contract preliminarily and report to your superior.
7.Make sure the purchase request are complete and then provide it to purchasing within the same day upon the receipt of confirmed order and down payment from customer.
8.Check with purchasing department and make sure the delivery is on time. Inform customer and sales in case late delivery.
9.Inform sales and customers when goods are ready to ship and collect payment
Coordinate with sales and service about installation and collect completion service report for balance collection.
10.Maintain customer’s company information and contacts in ERP system.
11.Maintain customer file consist of the company information, organization, quotation, orders and services report etc.
12.Call customers regularly and get their feedback of our equipments and explore new opportunities
13.Telephone sales to class C and D customers
14.Occasional visit to customer together with sales.
