工作描述:
1. Developing and maintaining a trusting relationship with a selection of major existing and new customers.
2. Build strong relationships with key decision makers and influencers in the customer organization
3. Acquiring and maintaining a thorough understanding of customer needs and requirements as well as good understanding of the customer’s business and business environment
4. Maintaining and growing the business with existing customers by managing current business, managing product generation shifts and growing the share of wallet with new business opportunities
5. Growing the business by pro-actively approaching new customers in the several markets and applications
6. Monitoring customer satisfaction and fulfillment of company’s undertaking in terms of delivery, quality and cost for provided products and services by using metrics and a close dialog with customer representatives.
7. Facilitate communication between customer and internal teams and enable the teams to work successfully with the customers
8. Identify problems faced by the customer and deal with complaints to maintain trust
9. Further explore adjacent business opportunity based on current product offering for both LOB
10. Prepare sales plan and perform well to meet/exceed the revenue targets established;
11. Drive the daily operation in key customers including SGM, GP OP, AR collection, production forecast etc.

Education background/Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree and above
2. Key account management & development experience;
Working experience:
1. Good business acumen, at least 10 year experience in sales & marketing in global companies
2. Sound track record for business development, great relationship & network with key medical OEMs such as Paramount, Hill-Rom, Trumpf etc.
3. Familiar with medical market especially for patient handling industry
4. Good track record for business development
5. Global vision, able to develop domestic as well APAC market
Skills:
1. Good PC & presentation skill
2. English proficiency is required, need to attend regular Con-call meeting with BU HQ
3. Teamwork spirit, cross-functional thinking
4. Open & down-to-earth spirit with global communication mindset
5. Self-motivated, able to work under pressure
6. Ready for business traveling
7. Familiar to Sales force is preferred
8. At least 3 years of team leadership
