Mainly responsible for after-sales service/repairing for VHF/RF/Matchbox.
主要承担甚高频电源/射频电源/匹配器等型号产品的售后服务/维修工作

Basing on the understanding of product, provide training to customer about the usage and maintenance of product.
在了解产品本身的基础上，对客户进行产品使用、维护方面的培训

To coordinate technology, various relations with domestic/international customers and headquarter colleagues, handover after sales problems.
和国内/国外客户及总部同事进行有效的技术协调及沟通，对接处理产品售后使用方面的问题

Support other departments like sales, application, production and quality on the side of service.
从售后的角度，支持公司销售、应用、生产、质量等部门的工作

Take over the request of customer especially semiconductor customer, technical troubleshoot with close loop logic and good communication.
对接客户尤其半导体客户需求，基于闭环逻辑及良好沟通，解决客户问题

Collect the failure information, share it with HQ to improve product.
收集并记录产品的故障信息，和总部沟通，提升产品竞争力

Accept travelling (domestic and abroad)
如工作所需，须接受国内/国外出差

Deal with other tasks arranging by Leader per business requirement.
根据业务需求，处理领导安排的其他任务

Qualification & Requirements：
- Bachelor degree or above 本科及以上学历
- Major in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics or RF Communication
主修电气工程，电力电子，射频相关专业
Over 2 years （ 两年以上）
* Electronics engineering/ power electronics/ RF communication knowledge.
    电气、电力电子、射频等相关专业基础
* Familiar with electrical instruments like multimeter oscilloscope power meter signal generator VNA…   
了解电子仪器的使用，如万用表、示波器、功率计、信号发生器、网分仪等
*    Familiar with Electrical, Electronics , automation    after sales process and strong
            repair ability
熟悉电气、电子、自动化行业售后服务流程及维修技能
*    Good communication skills, be able to communicate with customer and persuade
            them.
    良好的沟通能力，能够和客户进行沟通并说服客户
*    Ability of project management.
    项目管理能力
*    Experience in Semiconductor/vacuum coating or service/repairing of product is preferred.   
    有半导体、真空镀膜行业背景，或产品服务、维修相关经验为佳
