岗位职责：
1. 负责自动化设备（如套标机、包装机、码垛机等）的机械设计与开发，完成整机或关键模块设计。
Responsible for mechanical design and development of non-standard automation equipment (e.g., labeling, packaging, palletizing machines), including full machine or key module design.
2. 使用三维设计软件（如SolidWorks）完成结构设计、3D建模及工程图输出，并确保设计符合规范。
Use 3D CAD tools (e.g., SolidWorks) for mechanical design, 3D modeling, and detailed drawings in compliance with engineering standards.
3. 负责关键机械部件的选型与计算，包括机械结构FEA分析，伺服电机、三相异步电机、导轨滑块、气动元件、链条/同步带及凸轮机构等，确保方案合理可靠。
Perform sizing and selection of key mechanical components (servo motors, induction motors, linear guides, pneumatic components, chains, timing belts, cam mechanisms) to ensure reliable solutions.
4. 负责材料选型及结构优化，包括金属与非金属材料（PU/POM/PA等），兼顾强度、耐磨及成本。
Select suitable materials (metal and non-metal such as PU, POM, PA) and optimize structural design for strength, wear resistance, and cost.
5. 进行公差分析及配合设计，确保装配精度和设备运行稳定性。
Define tolerances and fits to ensure assembly accuracy and stable operation.
6. 负责BOM（物料清单）的编制、维护及优化，确保数据准确、完整，并支持采购与生产。
Create, maintain, and optimize BOM (Bill of Materials), ensuring accuracy and completeness to support procurement and manufacturing.
7. 输出并维护技术文档（图纸、设计说明、BOM等），确保设计可追溯和标准化。
Prepare and maintain technical documentation (drawings, design specs, BOM) to ensure traceability and standardization.
8. 支持生产、装配与调试过程，解决现场机械问题并持续改进设计。
Support manufacturing, assembly, and commissioning; troubleshoot issues and continuously improve designs.

任职要求：
本科及以上学历，机械设计专业背景
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical engineering
有扎实的机械设计基础，具备较强的独立机械设计能力
Consolidated experience of mechanical designing independently
从事机械设计3年以上工作经验，能独立完成设备的设计
More than 3 years mechanical desigining experience, capable of independently desigining large and complex equipment
