4. Different requirements/system merge together or management, （e.g BIQS/CQC/...merge in IATF）

5. FPW updating/training/maintain/files format layout review

REQUIRED Qualification/岗位资格要求
1. Education background and working experience:
                        教育背景与工作经历：
-         technical education.
                            大专以上   
2. 5 years+ System QE/SQE/CQE experience in auto industry, experienced on system main-tain, training, coordinate, audit.
5年以上汽车行业系统QE/SQE/CQE工作经验，有系统维护、培训、协调、审核经验。
3. Skill:
                技能：
- IATF16949 internal auditor
IATF16949 内审员证书
- familiar with IATF16949 system management requirements
熟悉IATF16949体系管理要求
- familiar with office software
掌握office办公软件的应用
- Good written/oral english is needed;
要求书面英语良好

3．Mastery knowledge:
- Corporation aim and policy. Quality policy and aim. Product safty. Defect distinguish. Quality management system. Basic knowledge of    Quality and Enviroment management system.
掌握知识：公司目标及纲领；质量方针和质量目标；产品安全责任；缺陷识别；公司质量体系；公司质量和环境管理体系基本知识。

4.others：
-    With strong accountability and keep good relationship with internal & external customer, quick response and strong communication ability is needed;

-Be able to work under pressure, especially pressure come from coordination activities between different dept.
