RESPONSIBILITIES：

• Cooperate with product specialist to check the order supply scope and confirm engineering time before order turning into status 20;
协助产品专家在订单转20状态之前检查供货范围并确认设计时间；
• Design for LCS retrofitting projects (change parts, retrofitting and upgrade), including BOM construction and order change with OCM, etc.;
负责LCS改造项目（转换件，改造和升级）的设计工作，包括BOM的创建，订单更改和工程变更等；
• Cooperate with QC and PM to deal with F3 and reclamations for DC02 orders and find solutions to solve the problems in time, analysis and record the root cause of mistakes;
协助质量和项目管理部门处理DC02改造项目产生的厂内以及客户投诉，及时提供解决方案并分析记录问题根本原因；
• Participate in DQP process to identify, monitor and check the risky orders, make sure all risk points will be avoided during engineering, production and onsite installation，
参与DQP风险管控流程，协助识别并监控风险订单，确保所有风险点可以在设计，生产以及现场安装过程中得以避免；
• Support production department for issues regarding manufacturing and assembly, support QC department to do out-going goods inspection; Responsible for the materials maintaining in TB00 concerning DC02/DC03 business and support sourcing department to push material localization projects forwarder;
• 支持生产部门解决加工及装配过程中出现的问题，并协助质检完成出货检查，同时还负责DC02和DC03业务产生的物料在TB00中的维护以及协助采购部门推进物料本地化项目；
• To be back up of product specialist, form cross functional and mutual support mechanism, participate in quotation and order clarification work during busy seasons, provide technical support for DC02 sales, clarify retrofitting solution and introduce upgrade products to customer.
在业务旺季可以协助产品专家并参与到报价和订单澄清工作中，形成跨职能互补和相互支持的机制；同时为DC02销售提供技术支持，向客户澄清改造方案以及介绍升级产品。

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor degree or above, majored in machinery, automation or electromechanical engineering；
本科学历或以上, 机械，自动化或机电一体化等专业；
• Familiar with mechanical structure and manufacturing knowledge；
熟悉机械结构和加工工艺知识。
• Skilled in 2D and 3D software, familiar with SAP and MS office
精通2D 和3D 设计软件，熟练使用SAP和office 办公软件
• At least three years working experience for mechanical designing, packaging machinery industry is preferred;
至少3年以上机械设计工作经验, 包装机械行业工作经验者优先；
• Good English communication skills for both speaking and writing
具备基本的英语说写能力
• Good communication and technical clarification skills
