• 5 years’ working experience with at least 2 years’ costing accountant experience
5年以上工作经验至少有2年成本会计经验
• Familiar with auto industry and manufacture process，Experience with ERP system (SAP&QAD).
熟悉汽车行业及制造流程，有使用SAP 经验
• Self-starter, proactive and must be able to handle multiple tasks
积极主动，有独立工作能力，能够同时处理多项任务
• Passion for performance, deviation analysis and growth，Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
关注及爱好绩效、偏差分析，必须具备良好的沟通及人际交往能力
• Preferred Certified Professionals: ACCA, CMA, CPA, 中级会计师，MNC working experience is a plus
具有跨国公司工作经验者 以及持有ACCA,CMA,CPA，中级会计师资格的优先考虑
岗位职责
Job Responsibility
• Month end closing, reporting and analysis (provision, cost accounting, P&L reporting etc.)
                月末结账、报告及分析（预估费用、成本核算、损益报告等）
• Calculate yearly standard rate in production process and provide for quotation(incl. labor/overhead rate etc. ), and run monthly production standard cost in ERP
计算制造过程的年度标准费率，并提供报价（包括人工/间接费用费率等），并在SAP系统中运行每月的生产标准成本
• Master data maintain, cost convolution, material status release, BOM review, Supplier contract price approval
主数据维护、成本核算、物料状态发布、物料清单审查, 供应商合同价格审核
• Inventory management related work, such as reporting, aging analysis, drive improvement, stock taking
与库存管理相关的工作，例如报告编制、账龄分析、推动改进措施以及库存盘点。
• Rolling forecast of sales & operation cost，Support 5Y Plan & monthly rolling forecast work
销售及运营成本的滚动预测，以及5年计划成本计算及每月滚动预测工作
• Responsible for annual audit
负责年度审计工作
• Other tasks as assigned by manager.
