1.New suppliers development & evaluation.
2.Negotiate with suppliers for Contract & Commercial Term (Cost, Payment Terms & Delivery Time etc.).
3.Existing Suppliers Management.
4.Support QLY dept. in QLY issues handling for incoming / Customer site materials.
5.Monitor Suppliers performance & make necessary action timely.
6.Follow ERP Process to maintain vendor / price in system, issue & follow PO, ensure on-time delivery.
7.Timely Invoice handling & other daily work.
8.Other tasks assigned.

7.及时处理发票及其他日常工作。

1.College degree, mechanical Background is a must.
2.At least 3 years working as Purchasing in Foreign-Owned Equipment Manufacturing Co..
3.Must be familiar with the procurement of Sheet Metal parts and different surface treatment processes; Must be familiar with the procurement of standard components such as motors, valves, pumps, etc..
4.Good in English Reading and Writing, with basic oral English.
5.Be familiar with ERP system, MS-Office ( Outlook, Word, Excel etc..)
6.Well Organized in him or herself, High sense of responsibility & Strong Team-Work Spirit is required.
1、大专以上学历，机械相关专业背景；
2、至少三年外资成套设备制造公司采购经验；
3、必须熟悉钣金件类产品采购，及不同的表面处理工艺；必须熟悉电机、阀、泵等标准件类产品采购等；
4、良好的英语读写能力，可以简单地英语会话；
5、熟悉ERP系统及MS办公软件；
6、条理清晰，责任心强、团队合作精神强。
