1.Responsible for new machine installation, adjusting, and system backup.
负责新机器的安装、调试以及系统备份工作
2.Responsible for improving equipment performance and stability to ensure the OEE level.
负责提升设备性能和稳定性，以确保设备的整体效率（OEE）达到标准水平
3.Responsible for monitoring the PM (Preventive Maintenance), daily, weekly, Monthly,
quarterly, and yearly base on all the HiLight production shopfloor.
负责对所有HiLight生产车间的预防性维护工作进行每日、每周、每月、每季度以及每年的监督
4.Responsible for training the technicians to improve their skill on all the HiLight
production lines.
负责培训技术人员，以提升他们在所有HiLight生产线上的操作技能
5.Responsible for trouble shooting once the stations was down if the technicians cannot solve the problem.
站点出现故障，如果技术人员无法解决，负责进行故障排查
6.Responsible for spare parts sorting.
负责备件的分类整理
7.Find potential improvement areas and create approach to realize it.
找出可能的改进领域，并制定实现这些改进的方案

Requirements
1.College or above education background, Electromechanical/ Automation major is preferred.
具有大学及以上学历，机电一体化/自动化专业优先
2.Minimum 2 years working experience on related production Lines maintenance or project experience.
至少有 2 年相关生产线维护或项目经验
3.3D & 2d drawings making skill, solidworks, AutoCAD,Draftsight,etc…
具备 3D 和 2D 图纸绘制技能，熟练掌握 SolidWorks、AutoCAD、Draftsight 等软件
4.Valuable experience on Electric control, Pneumatic, and mechanical maintenance skills.
在电气控制、气动以及机械维护方面拥有宝贵的经验
5.Self-driving and a good sense of finding problems and potential improvement areas will be preferred.
具备自动驾驶技术经验以及良好的发现问题和寻找改进方向的能力者将更受青睐
