The Eibach Group has been one of the globally leading manufacturers of technical high-end springs for special requirements as well as suspension and spring systems for special requirements. The range of applications is wide, including almost all areas of industrial and automotive technology.

您的任务:
Your tasks:
1.业务拓展:识别并签约中国各地的全新改装店、性能中心及区域分销商。
Business Development: Identify and sign new tuning shops, performance centers, and regional distributors throughout China.
2.关系维护:拜访现有B2B合作伙伴,提升订单量并确保其对产品的满意度。
Relationship Management: Visit existing B2B partners to increase order volume and ensure product satisfaction.
3.技术咨询:针对Eibach悬挂产品的适配性、性能优势及外观美学,提供现场专家级建议。
Technical Consulting: Provide on-site expert advice on the fitment, performance benefits, and aesthetics of Eibach suspension products
4.市场扩张:执行战略性差旅计划,深入渗透中国各省份的新兴汽车产业集聚地。
Market Expansion: Execute a strategic travel plan to penetrate emerging automotive hubs in various Chinese provinces.
5.销售汇报:追踪区域市场趋势及竞争对手动态,向总部提供具有实际指导意义的反馈。
Sales Reporting: Track regional trends and competitor activity to provide actionable feedback to headquarters.
6.为全国范围内的客户提供专业、积极主动的支持服务。

7.协助销售团队进行日常销售汇报工作;负责编制每日及每月销售报表,并根据上级要求制作各类报告。
Assist the sales with regular sales reporting, make daily and monthly sales reports, make the reports according to the superiors’ requests
8.参与各类销售推广活动(如展会、赛事活动、产品培训等),代表Eibach品牌及产品形象。
Participate in sales occasions such as shows, events, training etc., to represent Eibach brand and products.
9.完成上级交办的其他各项工作。

您的要求:
Your Qualifications:
1.至少拥有2-3年的汽车行业销售经验(具备汽车后市场或高性能改装配件销售经验者优先)。
Minimum 2-3 years in automotive sales (Aftermarket or Performance parts preferred).
2.对汽车改装及性能调校文化抱有浓厚兴趣与热情。
Deep interest in car modification and tuning culture.
3.愿意在中国各地进行频繁出差(出差频率最高可达75%)。
Willingness to travel extensively (up to 75%) across all regions of China.
4.具备母语水平的普通话沟通能力;具备专业商务英语能力者将获优先考虑。
Native-level Mandarin; professional English proficiency is a strong plus.
5.具备出色的自我驱动能力,能够独立开展工作,并在无需日常直接监管的情况下有效管理广阔的销售区域。
Self-Starter: Proven ability to work independently and manage a large geographic territory without daily supervision.
6.熟练掌握Excel(用于销售数据汇报及价格测算)和PowerPoint(用于客户演示及提案制作)。
Strong command of Excel (for sales reporting and price calculations) and PowerPoint (for client presentations).
7.具备高度的客户服务意识及出色的沟通协调能力。
Strong awareness of customer service and communication skills
8.备良好的团队协作精神,工作灵活应变,且具备较强的抗压能力。
Team player qualities, flexibility and ability to work under pressure.
