Job Summary
Responsible for the end-to-end procurement of mechanical parts, equipment and industrial components, including supplier development, sourcing and negotiation. Ensure stable supply, cost optimization and quality control to support production and project requirements.

Job Requirements
1. Basic Requirements
o 1.College diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Materials, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
o 2. 2+ years of relevant working experience as Procurement Engineer, Sourcing Specialist or Mechanical Parts Buyer.
o 3. Experience in purchasing machined parts, sheet metal, casting, forging or injection molding components is preferred.
o 4. Experience in procuring equipment, tooling & fixtures and industrial accessories is a plus.
2. Professional Competencies
o 1. Able to read mechanical drawings and understand basic manufacturing processes and cost structure.
o 2. Independently complete supplier development, sourcing, price comparison, negotiation and contract signing.
o 3. Coordinate quality issues.
o 4. Strong cost awareness, risk control and negotiation skills.
3. Software & Language Skills
o 1. Proficient in office software, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
o 2. Experience with ERP or SAP systems is preferred.
4. Personal Qualities
o 1. Detail-oriented, responsible, with good communication, coordination and execution skills.
o 2. Able to work under pressure and handle multiple projects and urgent orders simultaneously.
o 3. Integrity, self-disciplined, with good professional ethics.

任职要求

o 有机加工、钣金、铸造、锻造或注塑件采购经验者优先。
o 有设备、工装夹具及工业配件采购经验者优先考虑。
2. 专业能力
o 能看懂机械图纸，了解基础制造工艺与成本构成。
o 独立完成供应商开发、寻源、比价、谈判及合同签订。
o 协调质量问题
o 具备较强的成本意识、风险控制能力及谈判能力。
3. 软件与语言技能
o 熟练使用办公软件，尤其是 Excel 和 PowerPoint。
o 有 ERP 或 SAP 系统使用经验者优先。
4. 个人素质
o 工作细致、责任心强，具备良好的沟通、协调及执行能力。
o 能承受工作压力，可同时处理多项目及紧急订单。
