主要工作职责:
Job responsibilities:
1. 协助部门领导开展各项人事、行政等相关工作,搭建高效的人事工作流程,配合完成部门整体工作目标。
Assist the department leader in carrying out various HR and adminstration-related work, establish efficient HR work processes, and cooperate to achieve the overall work objectives of the department.
2. 负责公司人事系统的日常维护与管理、员工出勤及休假管理,及时更新员工信息、录入人事相关数据,保障系统正常运行,为人事决策提供数据支持。
Be responsible for the daily maintenance and management of the company's HR system, as well as employee attendance and leave management. Update employee information and enter HR-related data in a timely manner to ensure the normal operation of the system and provide data support for HR decision-making.
3. 负责招聘工作,完成招聘需求对接、简历筛选、面试邀约、入职办理等全流程事宜,保障招聘工作高效推进。
Be responsible for recruitment work, complete the whole process of recruitment demand docking, resume screening, interview invitation, and onboarding procedures to ensure the efficient progress of recruitment work.
4. 负责员工薪酬相关工作,包括薪酬核算、社保公积金及其他相关费用的申报与缴纳,确保薪酬发放及时、准确,合规完成费用缴纳流程。
Be responsible for employee salary-related work, including salary calculation, declaration and payment of social security, provident fund and other related expenses, to ensure timely and accurate salary payment and compliance with the expense payment process
5. 负责劳动合同全生命周期管理,包括合同签订、续签、变更、解除、归档等工作,严格遵守劳动法律法规,规避用工风险。
Be responsible for the whole life cycle management of labor contracts, including contract signing, renewal, modification, termination, and filing. Strictly abide by labor laws and regulations to avoid employment risks.
6. 组织公司员工培训及各类企业文化活动,协助制定培训计划、落实培训执行,统筹活动策划与落地。
Organize training and various corporate culture activities, assist in formulating training plans, implementing training execution, and coordinating the planning and implementation of activities.
7. 负责公司行政相关事务的处理。
Be responsible for handling the company's administrative-related affairs.
8. 完成各类人事、行政等工作报表。
Complete all personnel and administrative reports
9. 积极配合完成公司管理层、员工手册及直属领导交办的其他工作任务。
Complete other work tasks assigned by the company's management, in accordance with the employee handbook and by the direct leader.
任职资格:
Qualification:
1. 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理或相关专业优先。
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resource Management or related fields is preferred.
2. 具备良好的抗压能力,能快速适应工作节奏,高效应对各类工作挑战。
Good pressure resistance, be able to quickly adapt to the work rhythm and efficiently respond to various work challenges.
3. 具备极强的工作理解力、执行力和责任心,高效落实各项工作任务,做到事事有回应、件件有闭环。
Have strong work comprehension, execution and sense of responsibility, efficiently implement various work tasks, and ensure that every matter is responded to and closed.
4. 工作积极主动,有较强的主观能动性,善于发现工作中的问题并主动解决,不推诿、不敷衍。

5. 为人务实诚信,品行端正,原则性强,严格遵守公司各项规章制度,妥善保管公司人事及行政相关机密信息。

7. 具备基础的人事、行政工作经验者优先,熟悉劳动法律法规、薪酬核算流程者加分。
