工作描述:
1.负责客户日常对接,受理订单咨询、产品咨询、售后问题、投诉及需求反馈,保持专业、高效沟通。
Be responsible for daily customer communication, handle order inquiries, product inquiries, after-sales issues, complaints and demand feedback, and maintain professional and efficient communication."
2.处理订单录入、跟进、交期确认、异常协调,确保订单流程顺畅、信息准确。

3.跟进生产、物流、仓库等内部环节,及时同步订单进度,解决交付、质量、退换货等问题。

4.维护客户关系,提升客户满意度与忠诚度,按要求完成客户回访、满意度记录。

5.准确记录客户信息、沟通内容、问题处理过程及结果,形成台账与报表。
