主要工作职责：
Job responsibilities:
1.负责生产线前期规划，协助销售人员与客户沟通技术支持，提供销售阶段所需工艺流程图、初期布置图等设计方案；适应短期出差。
Responsible for pre-phase planning of production lines; help sales teams in providing technical support during customer communications and deliver design solutions required for the sales phase (e.g., process flow diagrams, preliminary layout drawings); willing to take short-term business trips.
2.订单执行阶段，负责上下游技术沟通，能够提供和绘制基础设计资料和设计图用于非标定制。
During the order execution phase, responsible for technical communication with upstream and downstream parties; capable of providing and drafting basic design documents and drawings for non-standard customization.
3.主导两维/三维总图方案设计，涵盖总平面布局、土建提资、公用工程提资、接管图/接管表、钢构提资、洞孔载荷图等，并完成方案比选与优化。
Lead 2D/3D general layout design, including general layout, building requirements, utility requirement, tie-in drawings/tie-in lists, steel structure concept drawing, opening & load drawings, etc.; conduct scheme comparison, selection, and optimization.
4.根据项目需求绘制管道及仪表流程图（P&ID），进行管道布置。生成管道轴测图纸或者正交图纸。
Make piping and Instrument Diagrams (P&ID) and conduct piping layout according to project requirements; generate piping isometric drawings or piping orthogonal drawings.
5.对粉尘防爆气体防爆，建筑防火，建筑结构有一定的了解。
Possess a certain level of knowledge in dust explosion protection, gas explosion protection, building fire protection, and building structures.
6.项目支持：对于需要提供整线方案的项目，协助销售进行上下游配套设备的开发，指导并监督分包商完成客户现场的安装工作。
Project support: For the projects that need to provide the Whole line solution, assist the sales to develop the upstream and downstream supporting equipment, guide and supervise the subcontractors to complete the installation task on the customer site.
7.公司管理层，员工手册和直属领导交办事项与职责。
All other duties requested by line manager, employee handbook and company management.

任职资格：
Qualification:
1.大学本科及以上学历，化工机械、过程装备与控制工程等相关专业毕业。
Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering, Process Control, Automation or related majors.
2.具备英语读写能力，能够处理英文邮件（CET-4及以上）。
Proficient in English reading and writing, capable of handling English emails (CET-4 or above).
3.3年以上化工工艺方案及设备设计、方案设计工作经验，有橡塑机械设计经验优先。
Better than 3 years’ experience of mechanical design. Experience in rubber and plastic machinery design is preferred.
4.熟练掌握AutoCAD，office等办公软件。
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office and other office software.
5.熟练掌握3D设计软件，Inventor设计软件优先考虑。
Familiar with 3D design software，Inventor is a plus.
6.能适应短期出差并在设备现场工作。
Sometime will be short-term traveled and work on the fieldwork.
7.沟通能力强，逻辑清晰，并能承担压力。
Good communication skills, logical thinking, able to work under pressure.
