manager, ensure that the project proceed smoothly. If any delay, timely internal
notification and escalate.
 跟进不良品处理事宜,解决来料问题。
Follow-up and handle defective products.
 办理采购订单请款，发票的核对。
Responsible for the purchase orders payment request and invoice checking.
 维持与供应商的良好的合作关系。
Maintain good relations with suppliers.
 定时评估供应商，降低生产成本。
Regular assessment of suppliers, reduce production costs.
 及时完善和更新涉及采购部门的质量体系文件。
 Improve and update the quality system documents related to the purchasing Dep.
 归档管理采购申请单及其他相关采购文档。
    Archive management of purchase requisitions and other purchasing documents.
 部门经理安排的其它事项。

任职资格
Your Qualifications
 本科及以上学历
Bachelor or above
 机械工程专业
Mechanical engineering or international trade
 有在外企两年采购工作经验
2 year working experience for purchasing in foreign company
 英语读写能力良好
Write and speak English well
 最好有一些机械知识背景
It is better that basic mechanical knowledge background
 有采购流程、国际贸易知识
