1. Set up inspection plan in Guardus and Babtec and related WI.

2. Finish control plan with product development together, assist in cooperating with the development of new products and projects, such as sample trial production, product testing, etc.

3. Prepare PPAP file and submit to Customer.

4. Study measuring feasibility and evaluate measuring devices capability & order inspection Gauge.

5. Conduct development process audit and manufacture process audit, track related department for action plan and evidence.
实施开发过程审核和制造过程审核，跟踪责任部门行动计划和详细佐证资料。
6. Handle customer Quality Issue, analyze the root cause, provide 8D report and other customer services, such as provide required data to customer, handle rejects parts from customers etc.
处理客户投诉，分析根本原因，提供8D报告和其它客户服务，如提供所需数据给客户，处理客户的不合格品等。
7. Conduct in process quality control, such as track the status of non-conforming sheet reply, confirm and analysis the quality. issues in production process, use PDCA& A3&8D for repeat issues.
进行过程质量控制，如跟踪不合格品处理单回复情况，对生产过程中出现的质量问题进行跟踪确认和分析，重复问题使用。
8. Accomplish requalification validation as the plan.
按照计划完成年度认证报告。
9. Handle Blocked (hold area) parts.
仓库隔离品处理。
10. Accomplish other tasks assigned by superiors.

Around 3 years Automobile industry quality stamping working experience.
