Bachelor+ in Mechanical / Electrical / Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or related field
机械、电气、工业工程或供应链相关专业本科及以上学历

5+ years strategic sourcing of machined, sheet-metal, electrical, pneumatic or hydraulic components; able to read technical drawings and perform cost breakdown. preferably in an instrument/automation manufacturing environment
5 年以上机加工、钣金、电气、气动或液压组件的战略采购经验；能够阅读技术图纸并进行成本分解。在仪器/自动化制造环境中工作的优先。

Experience in international project teams or global sourcing initiatives is a plus
有国际项目或全球寻源经验者优先

Strong negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
谈判、沟通与数据分析能力扎实

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and procurement tools.
熟练操作Office、ERP（如SAP）及各类采购工具

Proficient in cost analysis.
擅长拆解与分析成本结构

Proficient in Incoterms, customs policy, logistics and SCM (supply chain management).
通晓国际贸易术语、海关法规、物流及供应链管理

Fluent in Mandarin and English (verbal and writing).
中英文口语与书面表达皆流畅

Willing to travel domestically and internationally for worksas required.
愿意按需求国内外出差。
