Responsible for the routine audit of pre-coating compounding and PVC backing lamination process, and issues recording. Make action and follow all the problems until they are addressed.

5. Optimize manufacturing process and do preventive action 优化生产工艺，预防改进

1. Polymer specialty with experience in plastic, LVT, PVC, extrusion or calendaring
    具有塑料、LVT、PVC、挤出或压延等专业知识
2. Relevant experience in material experience in either floor or plastic-related industry (carpet tiles, chemical, piping, automotive, other decoration material)

3. Use of rigorous process improvement tools & mindset (Lean, PDCA.)
